Samsonas is a high quality European rally brand, producing made in house to order gearboxes from their factory in Lithuania. Their transmissions have undergone extensive real-world testing on the European rally circuit, and the VEX Performance Rally team just recently installed a Samsonas 6-speed sequential transmission in our 04' STi Rally car. 

Samsonas universal RWD sequential and H-pattern transmissions are highly customizable to be compatible with most common RWD applications. Choose from a wide range of bellhouse adapters to suit your engine, plus multiple rear output flange options to match various driveshafts and differentials. Each can be configured to function with the size and spline count of your existing clutch. To top it off, numerous gear ratio packages let teams fine-tune the transmission to their exact driving needs.

Custom fabrication and installation is required for the transmission mount and to fit your exact vehicle. 

VEX Performance traveled to Lithuania specifically to meet with the team from Samsonas and to inspect the manufacturing facility prior to selling any of their products. Do you want a Sequential or H-Pattern Gearbox?

Depends on usage and class, but some classes require a H-Pattern manually shifted gearbox.  Sequential is typically the best option if your class and budget allows, less mistakes can be made, especially with a good calibration.

Typically these gearboxes are made-to-order and a typical lead time would be 4-12 weeks.  Complete gearboxes estimated at approximately 650€ imported to VEX in Calgary, AB.
