VEX Performance Return Policy

Special Order Items
Items marked as Special Order are final sale and cannot be refunded, canceled or changed once the order is placed. These items are custom-ordered and not typically stocked by VEX Performance. We are not responsible for longer-than-anticipated lead times on Special Order items, as the lead times provided are estimates from our vendors and may change without notice.
Damaged Packaging
If the box your item shipped in is visibly damaged, please contact our support team before opening it to explore full coverage options. Items that are opened after being damaged during shipping may not qualify for insurance coverage.
Restocking Fees
All accepted returns will incur a 35% restocking fee, based on the original item's value. This fee covers the costs associated with ordering and shipping a replacement to our facility.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping will be subject to a 5% transaction fee. This fee covers processing costs from your credit card provider or PayPal.
General Return Policy
For items not marked as Special Order, VEX Performance generally accepts returns within 30 days of the package being delivered to you, provided the following conditions are met:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing info@vexperformance.com. Once we acknowledge and accept your return request, you will have 10 business days to ship the item.
- The item was purchased Brand New. Items marked as Special Order are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If the item was shipped in original packaging, the packaging must remain unopened, with all labels and seals intact. If the item did not come in packaging, it must be free from any wear or evidence of installation attempts.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping to VEX Performance’s main facility, as well as any customs or brokerage fees incurred.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the conditions listed above. Refunds will be subject to both the 35% restocking fee and the 5% transaction fee.
