The Nitron elec-TRON range combines Nitron's world-renowned suspension engineering with cutting-edge electronic damping technology to deliver the ultimate balance of performance, comfort, and control.
Available in Road Sport, R1 and R3 configurations, with the option to add the Nitron Front Axle Lift (FAL) system, or retaining OEM front axel lift (if equipped).
At the heart of every elec-TRON kit is Nitron's advanced proportional solenoid valve, providing lightning-fast electronic damping adjustment while retaining the proven reliability of Nitron's gas-pressurized monotube construction.

RoadSport
The elec-TRON RoadSport kit is engineered for drivers who want enhanced handling without compromising comfort or everyday usability. By retaining the factory top mounts and utilising a comfort-oriented spring and damping package, RoadSport preserves OEM suspension geometry while minimising noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH).
Ideal for fast road driving, it delivers improved vehicle dynamics while maintaining the refinement expected from a premium road car.

R1
The R1 is designed for drivers who want fully electronic damping control with exceptional simplicity. All damping adjustment is managed by the elec-TRON control system via Nitron's proportional solenoid valve, eliminating the need for manual adjustment while providing outstanding ride quality and performance.
Each kit includes:

R3
Built for enthusiasts and professional motorsport applications, the R3 combines Nitron's electronic damping technology with independent manual high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment via piggyback or remote reservoirs.
The manual compression adjusters establish the baseline suspension setup, while the elec-TRON system continuously fine-tunes rebound and compression damping in real time for maximum performance under changing conditions.
Ideal for drivers seeking the highest level of suspension tuning and adaptability.
elec-TRON Technology
Every elec-TRON shock absorber features its own independent proportional solenoid valve, allowing each corner of the vehicle to be controlled individually. This provides exceptional precision, improving handling, stability, grip, and ride comfort.
The proportional valve operates between 300–1800mA, delivering an extremely broad adjustment range with an incredibly fast 6-8 millisecond response time from full soft to full hard.
The system continuously adjusts damping based on inputs such as:
- Vehicle speed
- G-forces
- Road surface conditions
- Driver inputs
The piston rod-mounted proportional valve works alongside Nitron's precision shim stack to regulate both compression and rebound damping with remarkable accuracy.

All Nitron shocks are hand made to order to each individual customer's requirements. Lead times are normally 2 - 3 weeks, but at certain times may be slightly longer.
